Single cylinder jacquard knitting machine

The single jacquard circular knitting machine is one of the rare and valuable knitting machines. Among the patterned socks made with circular sock knitting machines, there are several types of machines that can produce three-dimensional and delicate knitted fabrics. Our company knits on a single-cylinder jacquard knitting machine equipped with a K-style make-up and a double pattern feature for jacquard or spiral knitting.
Since there are two yarn feeders, we knit with at least four different combinations of front yarns, such as yarns of different thicknesses, yarns with bulges, etc., and each back yarn. We create expressive knitted fabrics by making the pattern stand out, creating wrinkles, and by adjusting the compatibility of the yarns that are combined.

The basic knitted fabric of the base part is not a flat knit, but a horizontal hemman fabric or a vertically woven variable knit. This part can be relatively stretched. The part that corresponds to the knitting pattern is knitted using two or more types of yarn, so when one is being knitted, the other will float across the back, and the yarn will cross horizontally, eliminating shrinkage in this part. Adjust the length and width to minimize the amount of thread crossing.

Place the boss thread partially or over a large area. The boss thread also has a thread crossing on the back, so be careful when forming the pattern to make it long enough to easily thread your foot through.
Texture is often considered important when choosing the material for the outer thread, and Honguchi mainly uses yarns such as number 100 twin threads. It takes advantage of the beautiful appearance of the fine count while increasing strength and giving a firm feel. The power of the lining thread is set to be soft and comfortable to fit the foot.

It is also a machine that can create a variety of fabric thicknesses that can be worn in a variety of shoes, from casual to elegant.
