Regarding delivery

In our shop, we have adopted a delivery method with a tracking number to ensure that it will be delivered to our customers.
Products will be delivered by Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.
Please note that you cannot choose a delivery company.
About specification of delivery date
The product will usually be shipped within 1-3 days of business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If you are absent for a long time at an event, etc., we will inform you of the scheduled shipping date.* We do not ship on weekends and holidays, year -end and New Year holidays and store designated holidays.
Only Okinawa, remote islands and some areas may not be delivered as you wish. In addition, the delivery may change depending on the weather and other circumstances.
[About shipping to overseas (OVERSEAS)]
Regarding shipping overseas, only one company is completed, and only international courier service (DHL), which is easy to control quality, is used, and does not support other delivery means.
All luggage will be shipped as cargo.
As an exception, it is possible to use international E -packets (small packaging / airmail with registered mail) only for products up to 600 g for the Asian area.
The items that are shipped from post offices in Japan and purchased will be handed to postal services in your country.
The delivery quality of each country varies, so if you can trust your postal service, please use it.
Delivery cannot be guaranteed if a problem occurs.
